Home Program Development
You may prefer to undertake your program independently at home. Following an initial assessment a home program can be written for you, with regular re-assessments every 2-6 weeks to progress your program to ensure you are achieving your goals. Please enquire for prices.
Some clients may be eligible to claim their assessment and individual and group training through their private health fund if we are also rehabilitating a health condition. Check with your fund regarding your level of cover and rebates available.
