Our Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDEs) is a highly trained health professional helping you to achieve your best life whilst managing diabetes.
Our role is to guide you to live a healthy life with diabetes and teach you the skills of diabetes self-management. We provide evidence based education and support and help you put evidence-based medicine into practice in a way that works for you, and your life. We do this by focusing on your goals, and helping you to achieve a balance between managing your diabetes optimally, and being able to do all the things you want in life.
