𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀:

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
The initial assessment will go for approximately 45 minutes, followed by a 30 minute follow up appointment. We ask that you wear or bring:
During your initial assessment we discuss your goals and history, and complete strength, mobility, and running analysis testing, and you will be provided with a written report from this assessment.
You will then return for a 30 minute session whereby you will be provided with your plan to work towards your running goals. This will likely include key strength exercises to work on from deficits discovered during the analysis, along with a recommended running program and load management strategy.
Our exercise physiologists will discuss a plan for ongoing appointment where necessary to monitor your progress along your running journey. You will be provided with a visual representation of the data taken during the assessment so you know what the biggest priorities are for your exercise program.

- the shoes that you most commonly wear while running.
- We also ask that you wear comfortable running clothes, try to avoid wearing baggy clothing as this can limit the effectiveness of your running analysis (we need to see what the body is doing while you are running!).
