STRONG TEENS PROGRAM

We are excited to offer this strong teens program, completely free of charge to all partcicipants.
​
The Strong Teens Program is designed to help teens build strength, confidence, and resilience in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Adolescence is a time of huge physical, emotional, and social change. Strong Teens is about helping young people feel capable in their bodies and confident in themselves.

This program focuses on:
  • Building strength and fitness safely using age-appropriate, evidence-based exercise
  • Improving confidence and self-belief through achievable challenges and positive reinforcement
  • Developing movement skills that support sport, school, and everyday life
  • Encouraging healthy habits around movement, posture, and wellbeing
  • Creating a supportive group environment where teens feel accepted, not judged
  • ​The sessions will also be tailored to the goals of the individuals in the program.

​Sessions are supervised by qualified Exercise Physiologists, ensuring all exercises are appropriate for growing bodies and individual abilities. Programs are tailored to suit different fitness levels, sporting backgrounds, and confidence levels — whether your teen is sporty, non-sporty, or somewhere in between.

Strong Teens isn’t about competition, weight loss, or pushing to extremes. It’s about:
  • Learning how to move well
  • Feeling stronger week by week
  • Gaining confidence to try new things
  • Building a positive relationship with exercise that lasts into adulthood

Our goal is simple: to help teens feel strong, capable, and confident — both in and out of the gym.
