What you receive ...
- Initial comprehensive 60 minute health and physical assessment by your Exercise Physiologist including:
- health measurements – height, hip + waist circumference, body fat%, lean mass%, weight, BP, blood glucose, oxygen saturation
- discussion of your personal health goals, and SMART goal setting
- physical assessments in line with your goals
- a focussed health action plan
- 3 x fortnightly 10 minute check in phone calls with your exercise physiologist for support, clarifications, accountability and exercise progressions.
- 3 x fortnightly 30 minute review sessions - check in, education and exercise progressions and/or onsite training
- Final comprehensive review and re-assessment
- At this session we tailor final adjustments to your program materials for you to follow long term.
- We ensure you have a comprehensive tool kit compiled over the 8 weeks which you can continue to refer back to.
- Here we will discuss options for ongoing monitoring and self management strategies, and/or ongoing support if needed.
