Lisa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Diabetes Educator who is passionate about helping people live their lives to the fullest by improving their physical and mental health through education and movement.

Lisa founded Optimum Exercise Physiology in 2015 with her vision to enhance the health of the Clare Valley Community.

Lisa is passionate about the use of exercise and lifestyle interventions & education for the prevention and management of diabetes, heart disease and other chronic conditions.

As the owner and Senior Exercise Physiologist & Diabetes Educator in her private practice she helps a wide range of clients from amateur endurance athletes to 
the elderly and a diverse range in-between! As a certified wellness coach and Educator in Diabetes she enjoys providing lifestyle and behaviour modification as part of her treatment, and as a stand alone service.

Lisa is an active member of local sporting groups, enjoys running along local trails, and loves to enjoy water sports with her family along the River Murray.
