Modern technology is great in many ways, however with many tasks and interactions now undertaken electronically, we sit more and more at our desks which can take it's toll on our bodies.

When I graduated with my college degree, I have told myself that I just wanted a quiet ambiance of work, good co-workers and a good salary. However, during years of service, I noticed that I had my health problems most of the time on my back. It always aches and I was so disturbed and went to my doctor. She told me that too much sitting is not good for the back, for the posture and what so ever. This is exactly what she have said and I am so thankful to read it in here too.
